1. Digital Subscriptions (Premium & Premium Plus)
BoiLoop offers premium features on a subscription basis. By upgrading, you agree to our billing terms:
- Cancellations: Right now we do not provide any kind of cancellation or downgrading your plan.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
- Accidental Purchases: If you made an accidental purchase or duplicate payment, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. Refunds for technical errors will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad) within 5-7 business days.
2. Physical Book Exchanges
BoiLoop is a platform designed to connect students to borrow and lend books. We do not sell books directly.
- No Monetary Refunds for Books: Because no money is exchanged through BoiLoop for the actual borrowing of physical books, we cannot issue refunds, compensations, or replacements for lost, damaged, or unreturned books.
- Disputes regarding physical items must be resolved amicably between the borrower and the lender.
3. Account Bans & Terminations
If your account is suspended or permanently banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abusive behavior, stealing books, or spamming), you will not be eligible for a refund of any active subscriptions.
4. How to Request a Refund
